Lock Stock & Barrel 21 Year Old is a straight rye whiskey in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 101 proof, which is 50.5% vol.
It has been aged for a minimum of 21 years in oak, a long maturation that softens the bold character of the rye.
The nose brings warm oak, baking spice and caramel, with hints of leather and dried fruit. The palate is full-bodied, with rich spice, toffee, vanilla and toasted oak. The finish is long and smooth, with lingering spice and a subtle sweetness.
