A Campbeltown single malt from Longrow, aged for 11 years and bottled at 57.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It spent its first eight years in ex-bourbon casks, then three more in refill ex-Pinot Noir casks.
The nose is creamy, with rhubarb crumble, red apples, cherries and liquorice. On the palate come red fruits, raspberry jam, cranberries and rich red wine, followed by a hint of smoke and tobacco leaf. The finish is creamy, smoky and sweet, with raisins and a playful nuttiness.
