It matured for over 15 years in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask.
The nose is fruity, with pear, dragon fruit and apple, caramelised wood with vanilla and honey, and a hint of lime zest. The palate is sweet, with vanilla custard, apricot cream, gooseberries and honeydew melon. The finish is well rounded and fruity.
