Louisville Whiskey Co. 10 Year Old Cask A78 Nuclear Nectar Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 73.3%)

This is a ten-year-old single-barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from Louisville Whiskey Co., the single barrel label of Prohibition Craft Spirits in Louisville. It comes from Cask A78 alone, nicknamed Nuclear Nectar, and is bottled at a cask strength of 73.3% in a 75cl bottle. It matured in new charred American oak, with part of the maturation heat-cycled in the distillery's own warehouse. No water is added and it is non-chill-filtered. The palate is dense and oak-driven, with deep grain character and a natural sweetness beneath the heat. The finish is long and warming.
