Lugana DOC Riserva Sùere - Cà Maiol

A Riserva Lugana from Cà Maiol with a gathered, well-defined character. The nose brings white-fleshed fruit, citrus hints, a subtle floral note, bitter almond and a mineral touch. It balances acidity and softness, with enough body to suggest structure while remaining clean and flowing. On the palate it is savoury and persistent, with a clean finish, citrus returns and a pleasant slightly bitter note. It suits richer seafood dishes, shellfish, baked fish, white meats and soft cheeses. Serve at a moderate temperature.
