A Lugana DOC Superiore from Cà Maiol.
It shows a bright straw yellow colour, with an immediate but not simple aroma of white flowers, ripe citrus, white-fleshed fruit and a mineral sensation. The palate is balanced, with fresh acidity supporting good body; the finish is savoury with good persistence.
It suits seafood dishes, fish risotto, light white meats and fresh cheeses, and is best served cool, around 10-12 °C.
