An elegant, linear white wine from Ca Maiol with white flowers, delicate peach and a light citrus note, supported by a mineral sensation that gives precision.
On the palate it is balanced, with lively but well-calibrated acidity against softness, medium body and a savoury texture that keeps the sip taut and pleasant. The finish is satisfying, with citrus returns and a saline nuance.
Serve fresh, around 10-12 C. It pairs naturally with fish, shellfish and seafood risottos, as well as vegetable dishes, fresh cheeses and light white meats.
