Macallan 12 Year Old Double Cask is a Speyside single malt aged for 12 years, in a 70cl bottle engraved with the word "Congratulations".
It combines the sweetness of American oak with the richer, spicier notes of European oak.
The nose is vanilla and citrus. On the palate there is honey, wood spice and dried fruits, and the finish is smooth and lingering, with hints of oak and spice.
