A 33 year old Macallan from Speyside, bottled by Blackadder as Statement No. 53 in its Raw Cask series. It was distilled in 1989, matured in a single oak cask and bottled in 2022 at a cask strength of 57.3%.
It is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, bottled straight from the cask with the barrel sediment left in the decanter. The outturn was 172 decanters in 70cl.
