Macallan Classic Cut 2023 Release is a limited-edition annual release from Macallan, bottled at a cask strength of 52.5% in a 70cl bottle. It has matured in a mixture of European oak that previously held sherry, together with ex-bourbon barrels.
The nose is orchard fruit and sweet florals, such as elderflower and pear. On the palate come ripe fruits, subtle vanilla and delicate oak.
