Macallan Classic Cut 2022 is a limited release single malt from Speyside. It was matured in a combination of European and American oak casks.
The nose is fruit-led, with grapefruit, crisp apples, vineyard peach and Valencia orange, followed by vanilla, almonds and light oak spice. On the palate come fresh fruit, a hint of chocolate and caramel, lemon cake, nuts, spice and oak.
The finish is sweet and creamy, with a long, warming spice.
