Macallan Distil Your World Hong Kong is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, and the fourth release in the Distil Your World series. It was created in collaboration with the Roca brothers of El Celler de Can Roca and Macallan's Lead Whisky Maker, Euan Kennedy. It is matured in a blend of sherry-seasoned European oak hogsheads and American oak casks.
The nose has ginger, honey and antique oak, with tropical fruit such as mango and pomelo and a hint of egg tart. The palate is viscous and mouth-coating, with sweet fruit, ginger and cinnamon, and a touch of grapefruit and umami. The finish is long, with antique oak and vibrant spices.
