Distil Your World Paris is a limited-edition Speyside single malt from The Macallan, bottled at 47.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour, which The Macallan has named Parisian Sunrise.
Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell combined American and European sherry-seasoned oak, ex-bourbon barrels and rare Cognac casks, a departure from the distillery's historically sherry-led maturation.
The nose brings almond croissant, rose, nectarines in syrup, sandalwood and vanilla pod. On the palate are buttered pastry, brioche, peach melba, marzipan, ginger and cinnamon. The finish is gentle spice and warm oak.
