Macallan – Harmony Collection 5 Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea (70cl)

This is a limited-edition Speyside single malt from The Macallan, the fifth release in The Harmony Collection. It was created in collaboration with JING Tea and takes its inspiration from Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea. The oak carries a subtle sherry-seasoned influence. The presentation box is made from repurposed waste tea leaves. The nose is soft honey, orchard fruits and delicate floral tea. On the palate come sweet malt, dried fruits, light citrus and fragrant tea blossom. The finish is smooth and lingering, with honeyed warmth and gentle spice.
