Amber Meadow is the third annual release in the Macallan Harmony Collection, bottled at 44.2% abv. It was created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney and celebrates the fertile lands of Scotland.
The presentation box and bottle label are made with discarded meadow cuttings. The whisky was matured in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks.
The nose offers honeysuckle, coconut and citrus peel, followed by almond, honeydew melon and green tea on the palate.
