Macallan Harmony Collection Fine Cacao is a special-edition Speyside single malt from the Macallan Distillery in Craigellachie, Scotland. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It belongs to a new Global Travel set of annual releases and continues Macallan's partnership with the Roca brothers of El Celler de Can Roca, a three-star Michelin restaurant. Whisky maker Polly Logan was inspired by a visit to Jordi Roca's chocolate factory, Casa Cacao, in Girona. The whisky brings Macallan's Sherry oak-matured single malt together with cacao.
