Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut is a limited edition Speyside single malt, bottled at 47.8% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It belongs to The Macallan's Harmony Collection.
Its coconut character is attributed to sherry-seasoned American oak casks, chosen for their oak lactones, rather than to any added flavouring. The packaging uses sustainably sourced materials, including cocoa pod husks.
The nose is fresh coconut and toasted shavings over vanilla custard and citrus peel. On the palate are coconut milk, white chocolate and vanilla, with gentle oak spice. The finish is medium-long, with toasted coconut and a dry oak edge.
