This is the 2022 release of M Black from The Macallan, a single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
It was made from black-ended casks holding peated whisky, selected by The Macallan's Whisky Mastery Team. The smoke-infused spirit matured in sherry-seasoned oak over decades, and the team used its peat note as the focus of the expression.
