Macallan – Rare Cask 2024 Release (70cl)

Macallan Rare Cask 2024 Release is a single malt from The Macallan, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from hand-selected oak casks that the distillery's Whisky Makers discovered for their exceptional character. These casks give an intense sweet raisin character with richness and complexity, and the whisky has a deep ruby mahogany colour. Soft vanilla opens the nose, followed by raisin, fresh apple, lemon and orange. The palate is dominated by sweet raisin, developing into vanilla and dark chocolate with citrus zest. The finish is long, rich and velvety, with raisin sweetness, dark chocolate and gentle citrus.
