This is a Speymalt bottling of Macallan from Gordon & Macphail, a 19 year old single malt from the 2003 vintage in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV.
It was matured in a single first-fill sherry cask, and only 313 bottles were filled from it.
It is described as having very intense dark fruit and rich spice. It drinks well neat, though a small drop of water is said to help it.
