Macallan Speymalt is a single malt from the Macallan distillery, selected and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2004, matured for 19 to 20 years in a first-fill sherry hogshead and bottled in 2024 at a cask strength of 59.7%. The outturn was 320 bottles, made for the Hong Kong market.
The nose brings Seville orange zest, mixed nuts and fudge. On the palate there is dark chocolate, berry compote and white pepper, and the finish carries aniseed and mature oak.
