This is a single malt from the Macallan distillery, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail under the Speymalt name. It was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2024 from a single cask that had previously held sherry, and the outturn was 596 bottles.
It comes in a 70cl bottle at 61.1% abv, without added colour and not chill-filtered.
The nose is described as stewed apples and pears with warm spices, joined by creamy vanilla, strong orange, toasted oak and hints of walnut.
