Rich Cacao is a Macallan single malt from The Harmony Collection, bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle. It was composed from whiskies matured in European and American oak casks, and is built around an intense dark chocolate character. Its colour recalls roasted cacao beans.
The nose offers chocolate fondant, honey, oak, zesty lime and ginger. On the palate come dark chocolate, honey, dates, vanilla and cinnamon, leading to a long finish with intense chocolate.
