Macintyre's Drop 10 Year Old (70cl, 40%)

Macintyre's Drop is a 10 year old blended Scotch whisky, distilled and blended in Scotland and matured in oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The producer describes a smooth, mellow character with gentle malt sweetness, orchard fruit, vanilla, caramel and warming oak spice. The nose is soft malt and light orchard fruit with vanilla, caramel and subtle oak. The palate brings sweet malt, apple, vanilla and toffee, then gentle woody spice. The finish is smooth and warming, with lingering malt sweetness, caramel and mild oak.
