Maker's Mark – 46 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Maker's Mark 46 is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It starts as fully matured Maker's Mark at cask strength, with specially seared French oak staves then placed inside the barrels for a few months of further ageing before bottling. The staves come from the Independent Stave Company, the distillery's long-standing cooperage, and are called Stave Profile No. 46. Launched in 2010, it was the first brand extension since production began in 1953, and the first in the Wood Finishing Series.
