Maker's Mark – Cellar Aged 2025 Limited Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky (70cl, 45%)

This is the 2025 Cellar Aged edition of Maker's Mark, a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle at 45% vol. It blends bourbons of 11, 13 and 14 years old. The bourbon begins its maturation in the traditional warehouse and then moves to a temperature-controlled limestone cellar for further ageing. This year's edition is a fruitier, deeper and darker expression of the Maker's Mark style. The nose is vibrant, with dark brown sugar, caramelised oak and baked apple. On the palate there is creamy fudge, toasted almond and ripe dark cherry. The finish is viscous, with butterscotch, orange zest and soft baking spice.
