Maker's Mark – Cellar Aged 2026 Release (70cl, 56.1%)

Maker's Mark Cellar Aged 2026 Release is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at cask strength, 56.1%, in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited release made from bourbons that, after time in the traditional warehouses, spend several more years in the limestone cellar at Star Hill Farm, where the steady cool slows maturation. The blend draws on three ages: eleven-year-old bourbon makes up just under half, with twelve and fourteen-year-old parts alongside. Dark cherries, orchard fruit, clove and vanilla pod lead the nose. Ripe plum, honey and brown sugar follow on the palate, and the silky, warming finish brings almond, nutmeg and crisp green apple.
