Maker's Mark Cellar Aged Bourbon is the 2026 release, a blend of 12 and 13 year old barrels. It combines warehouse and cellar ageing, which delivers a richer, more complex bourbon without a harsh bite.
The nose offers caramelised sugar with a sweet, slightly smoky warmth, citrus zest and a little almond. On the palate, buttery shortbread leads, with toasted coconut and lively but balanced spice. The finish is long, with dried dark fruits such as fig and raisin alongside the warmth of toasted oak.
