Maker's Mark – Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky (75cl, 45%)

Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon is distilled, aged and bottled at the Maker's Mark distillery in Loretto, Kentucky. It is bottled at 45% in a 75cl bottle. Bill Samuels Sr. set out to make a whisky he would enjoy drinking, and used soft red winter wheat in place of the usual rye. The result is meant to be full-flavoured and easy to drink. The barrels are rotated by hand, the bourbon is aged to taste rather than to a set time, and each bottle is dipped by hand in red wax.
