Maker's Mark – Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky (75cl, 45%)

Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky is distilled, aged and bottled by Maker's Mark Distillery at Star Hill Farm in Loretto, Kentucky. This bottle is 45% in a 75cl size. Bill Samuels, Sr. wanted a whisky he would enjoy drinking, and the bourbon is made with soft red winter wheat in place of the usual rye. Every barrel is rotated by hand, and the bourbon is aged to taste rather than to a set time. Each bottle is dipped by hand in the distillery's red wax. It is described as full-flavoured and easy to drink, never bitter or sharp.
