Maker's Mark – London Edition Bourbon Whisky (70cl)

Maker's Mark London Edition is a limited-edition Kentucky straight bourbon from the Wood Finishing Series, made in Loretto, Kentucky. It is built on cask strength bourbon and finished with a bespoke combination of oak staves chosen by London-based collaborators. Maker's Mark uses red winter wheat in place of rye, and the extra wood finishing adds spice and aromatic depth to that wheated base. The nose offers toasted vanilla, orange peel and salted caramel, with floral sweetness and oak. Orchard fruits, honeycomb and warming spice lead the palate, alongside tobacco and marshmallow. The finish is long and warming, with pepper, citrus and lingering vanilla.
