Maker's Mark – Los Angeles Dodgers Limited Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon (75cl, 45%)

Maker's Mark Los Angeles Dodgers Limited Edition is a commemorative Kentucky straight bourbon made to mark the distillery's partnership with the Los Angeles Dodgers. It is an officially licensed release in a 750ml bottle, sealed with Dodger blue wax in place of the usual red. The bourbon is the regular Maker's Mark wheated recipe, with red winter wheat in place of rye: a mashbill of 70% corn, 16% red winter wheat and 14% malted barley. It is bottled at 45% (90 proof). The nose is caramel and vanilla with toasted oak and spice. On the palate come sweet caramel, warm cinnamon, vanilla custard and creamy butterscotch, followed by a gentle finish of soft oak and wheat sweetness.
