Maker's Mark – Star Hill Farm Whisky 2026 Release (70cl)

Maker's Mark Star Hill Farm is a corn-free American wheat whisky from Star Hill Farm in Loretto, Kentucky, in a 70cl bottle. The 2026 release is the second edition in an annual wheat whisky series. It is made from soft red winter, hard white and heirloom hard red wheat with malted barley, all estate-grown using regenerative farming. It is bottled at cask strength without chill filtration. The nose is dark and dense, with molasses, dried fig and a little spice. The palate brings zesty citrus, ripe pear and buttery shortbread, and the long, balanced finish has rich sweetness and soft cinnamon warmth.
