A rum from Guatemala, aged by the Solera method for 10 years, combining different vintages to build notable complexity. It has an intense amber colour with bright reflections.
The nose shows sweet notes of caramel, vanilla and a toasted wood undertone, indicators of good maturation in oak barrels. On the palate it is soft, almost velvety, with a sweet entry that evolves elegantly towards a spicy and slightly fruity mid-palate, ending in a very long, warm finish with chocolate and tobacco accents.
It is best enjoyed neat or with a little ice.
