A rum from Guatemala, aged using the Solera method for 20 years. It has an intense colour with golden reflections. The nose opens with vanilla and caramel, enriched by dried fruit and light spice. On the palate it is soft yet structured, with a balance between sweetness and alcoholic warmth, leading to a long, pleasantly persistent finish. It is suited to being enjoyed neat, perhaps with dark chocolate.
