An organic Malvasia from Terre Siciliane IGT, produced by Pellegrino from Malvasia grapes grown under organic farming principles. It has a bright golden yellow colour and intense aromas of fresh fruit, honey and field flowers. On the palate it is soft and well balanced, with pleasant acidity supporting freshness and enhancing fruity sensations. It suits aperitifs, light starters, fish dishes, vegetarian cooking, fresh cheeses and lightly spiced ethnic dishes.
