This Mannochmore is a 12 year old Speyside single malt from James Eadie. It was distilled on 13 February 2013 and bottled in 2025, with a final 14 months in a first fill PX hogshead. Only 284 bottles were filled, at a cask strength of 52.7% in 70cl bottles, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The whisky is a deep amber. The nose offers raisins, stewed figs and dark syrup. The palate is full and oily, with date sweetness and chocolate fondant, backed by toasted oak and a fine pepperiness.
