Mannochmore – 12 Years Cadenhead Original Collection (70cl, 46%)

This is a 12 year old Mannochmore single malt from Cadenhead's Original Collection, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It was distilled in 2013 and bottled in February 2026. The whisky matured entirely in a bourbon cask. Mannochmore Distillery makes a light, fruity and floral spirit, which is mostly used in blends. The nose is fresh, with gooseberry, apricot, grasses and citrus zest. On the palate there is a fine mouthfeel, with crème brûlée, white pepper, split wood and white grapefruit. The finish keeps hints of vanilla, green apple, pastries, citrus and whipped cream.
