Mannochmore – 22 Year Old 1974 Rare Malts Selection (70cl, 60.1%)

This is a 22 year old single malt from Mannochmore, distilled in 1974 and bottled in September 1997 at natural cask strength, 60.1% ABV. It was released in Diageo's Rare Malts Selection and comes in a 70cl bottle with its box. The Rare Malts Selection was created in 1995, aimed first at the duty free market before the range reached specialist whisky retailers. Its bottlings came mostly from closed distilleries, distilled in the late 1960s, the 1970s or the early 1980s and aged for at least 18 years.
