A Weiss beer from the Flea brewery, sold in a case of 12 bottles of 33cl each. It has an opalescent golden colour and a creamy, persistent head. On the nose there are tropical fruit, banana and clove notes from the Weiss yeast. On the palate it is fresh, with a balance between malt sweetness and light citrus acidity. Its medium-light body and lively carbonation suit light dishes such as salads, fish and fresh cheeses.
