Marques de Poley Oloroso

Marques de Poley Oloroso from Bodegas Toro Albala' is matured through the criaderas and soleras system. It has a deep amber colour with mahogany reflections. The nose shows dried fruit such as walnuts and almonds, with light wood and sweet spice notes. On the palate it is complex, naturally dry and rich in texture, with dried fruit, caramel, tobacco and leather leading to a long, persistent finish. It suits intense dishes, aged cheeses or sipping after a meal.
