Mars Kasei Blended Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Mars Kasei Blended is a Japanese blended whisky in a 75cl bottle, made at the Shinshu Distillery in the Japanese Alps. It combines malt and grain whiskies drawn from a number of casks, and it was matured for at least three years in oak. The whisky was made to introduce Japanese whisky to a wide audience, with a soft, rounded character. It is described as having floral notes and ripe fruit aromas, and on tasting it shows a light touch of smoke.
