Mars Tsunuki 2023 Edition is a Japanese single malt made at the Tsunuki distillery in the subtropical south of Japan. The distillery opened in 2016.
This edition matured for six years in first-fill and second-fill bourbon barrels. It is bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without added colour and without chill-filtration.
It is described as showing jam and honey, with subtle smoke and a touch of citrus fruit.
