Mars Tsunuki 2023 (70cl, 50%)

Mars Tsunuki 2023 is a Japanese blended whisky from the Shinshu Mars distillery, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. Colouring has been added. The distillery was closed for a period and reopened in 2011, and has produced whisky continuously since. It makes both smoky and unpeated styles. The nose offers ripe, sweet fruit and pancake. On the palate come vanilla, passion fruit, caramel and a malty sweetness. The finish brings caramel, pepper and oak spice.
