This is a Sicilian Marsala, semisecco in style, made from selected grapes from the Marsala area. It shows a bright amber colour and aromas of candied fruit, vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate it balances moderate sweetness with freshness, with flavours of dried figs and nuts alongside light notes of chocolate and coffee. It is suggested with aged cheeses, desserts or as a meditation wine, served slightly chilled.
