Mash & Mallow S'mores Whiskey is a flavoured Kentucky whiskey bottled at 35% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It was developed by Kaveh Zamanian, founder of Rabbit Hole Distillery, and is built on a base of 97% corn whiskey and 3% rye whiskey, with graham cracker, marshmallow and chocolate flavours worked into the spirit.
The nose brings toasted marshmallow, vanilla, graham cracker and a faint trace of campfire smoke. The palate is creamy and chocolate-rich, with caramel, honey, light oak and gentle smoke. The finish is moderately sweet, with cocoa, melted sugar and toasted graham, closing with light oak dryness and a whisper of smoke.
