Cavehill is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Rabbit Hole, bottled at 47.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is a four-grain wheated expression.
Corn forms the base of the mash, joined by three malted grains: wheat, barley and honey malt. Together they make what the producer calls a unique expression of American whiskey.
Meant for sipping, it has a strong backbone and plenty of flavour.
