Rabbit Hole Dareringer is a wheated straight bourbon finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, in a 750ml bottle.
The mash bill is 68% corn, 18% wheat and 14% malted barley. The bourbon spent three years in toasted and charred American oak before the sherry finish.
The nose shows a notable sherry influence with hints of caramel and cherry. The palate brings raisins, cherries, currants, almond and vanilla. The finish is rich and smooth, with a drying sherry note.
