Rabbit Hole Nevallier is a 16-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 57.9% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is a limited edition in the Rabbit Hole Founder's Collection, made as a nod to the French connection in bourbon's history.
The whiskey was finished in new French oak. Its name joins Nevers and Allier, the two French forests that supplied the wood for the barrels.
The colour is auburn. The nose offers custard, orange, cherry and caramel. The palate is earthy and rich, with tobacco, vanilla, fig, blackcurrant, spice and cinnamon, leading to a long finish of intense spice and floral notes.
