Rabbit Hole Dareringer PX Cask is a straight bourbon with a wheat mash bill, finished twice: first in new toasted and charred American oak, then in PX sherry casks.
It is named for Heather, wife of Rabbit Hole's Kaveh and the muse behind the brand. A Louisville native and bourbon enthusiast, she drew Kaveh away from Scotch.
It is described as refined, with a hint of marmalade and a long, cascading finish.
